With both an itch to travel and an itch to become a Milwaukee Lifer, some days it's hard to decipher where life is going. But I'm along for the ride. My life orbits in odd numbers these days. I ended my first yoga class 5 years ago staring up at the frescos on my Florentine's yoga studio's ceilings. Three years ago vegetarianism changed my life and brought me closer to my Italian cooking traditions and eating consciously. One year ago I moved back to Milwaukee after working in interior design and editorial photography. And lastly, in three days I will be on a jet plane to Hawaii. Here I will complete my 200hr yoga teacher training in 22 days (hello intensive), eat plenty of fresh goodness and as a requirement with any yoga, do some soul searching.
